This Vendor Agreement applies to agents, brokers, property managers, and real estate service providers ("Vendors") who list properties or services on RE SHOP, operated by Jesus Network Ventures LLC (Life Coordination / PSP Network RE SHOP). It adds to our Terms Of Service.
Eligibility And Licensing
You must hold and keep current any license required for your work (for example a real estate license) and identify your brokerage where the law requires.
Your Listings
Listings must be accurate, current, lawful, and authorized by the owner or client. Remove or update sold, leased, or unavailable listings promptly. Follow fair housing and advertising laws.
Inquiries And Leads
We pass inquiries to you as received. Respond professionally, use the contact data only for that inquiry, and follow anti-spam and privacy laws.
Fees And Payment
Paid plans and featured placements are billed as shown at purchase. Refunds follow our Return And Refund Policy.
License To Your Content
You grant RE SHOP a non-exclusive license to display your photos, descriptions, and logo on the site and in promotion of your listings.
Independent Relationship
Vendors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of RE SHOP. RE SHOP does not earn a commission on your transactions unless separately agreed in writing.
Indemnity
You agree to cover claims arising from your listings, services, or breach of this agreement.
Suspension And Termination
We may suspend or remove listings or accounts that break this agreement. You may close your vendor account at any time.
